At Ariss & Co, each order is prepared with care and intention. Because our products are made in small batches, we appreciate your patience as we work to ensure quality from our hands to your home.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Weather Considerations

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, extreme heat may affect texture during transit. This does not impact product quality or effectiveness. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature or place in fridge until slightly firm. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Ariss & Co is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ariss & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
